Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging content for inclusion-related workshops & presentations.
• Write original, expert-level articles on inclusion and workplace dynamics, that connect with a broad audience.
• Provide fresh content ideas/themes for potential articles.
• Conduct research and assist in writing research papers in partnership with other internal teams.
• Manage communication responsibilities as needed within the PMO.
• Contribute to additional content needs and tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling
• Strong command of grammar and attention to detail
• Deep interest in current affairs and social issues like gender equality, stereotyping, fair treatment, along with a strong desire to learn more
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills

• Experience in content writing, editing, or journalism
• A good understanding of SEO best practices
