What would you do? The Copywriter and Content Marketing Lead is responsible for crafting compelling, engaging, and high-quality content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role involves developing content strategies, overseeing content creation across multiple platforms, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a strong grasp of SEO, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement tactics.
What are we looking for? Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.Proven track record of creating high-impact content that drives engagement and conversions.Experience in copywriting and content optimization best practices.Background in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably in energy/old and gas industrySkills & CompetenciesExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong storytelling and brand messaging abilities.Experience in digital marketing, and content distribution strategies.Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Data-driven mindset with experience in content analytics and performance tracking.Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Lead creation and optimization of high-quality content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.Lead brand storytelling efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling tone of voice across all content.Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content strategies.Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely and consistent content publication.Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.Track, analyze, and report on content performance, making data-driven improvements.Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging content trends, and marketing technologies.Mentor and guide junior writers or content creators as needed.
