As a Content Development Specialist based in Chennai, ECR Neelgangarai, you will have the following responsibilities: - Develop high-quality content for DEI-related workshops, trainings, webinars, and seminars, tailored to diverse audiences. - Prepare facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, infographics, and case studies reflecting current DEI trends and best practices. - Collaborate with the senior team to customize programs addressing specific DEI needs such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, gender intelligence, and accessibility. - Continuously update and adapt existing DEI content to reflect emerging trends, research findings, and client feedback for maximum relevance and impact.
