This role will serve as the key liaison between the franchisor and the franchisee during the workshop design and construction phase.The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of architectural plans while maintaining consistency and quality across all franchise locations. Key Responsibilities: Design & Planning: Develop standardized architectural and interior layouts for car detailing and Bodyshop workshops. Maintain an up-to-date repository of standard design documents and guidelines. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Masters Degree preferred. Minimum 46 years of experience in commercial or industrial architecture; experience in automotive, service centres, or franchise design is a plus. Proficiency in architectural tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Strong project management and coordination skills. Excellent communication skills to interact with franchisees and internal teams. Willingness to travel across locations if required.
