Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Define and own the

    annual and quarterly marketing strategy

  • Drive

Content Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a

    : thought-leadership articles, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, video, and event content.
  • Ensure

    content quality, consistency, and storytelling excellence

    across all platforms.
  • Optimize content for

    SEO/SEM and lead nurturing

    through marketing automation.
  • Build Avtar Inc. as a

    trusted voice and knowledge hub

    in the industry.

Digital & Campaign Excellence

  • Lead

    end-to-end integrated campaigns

    across email, social, paid ads, events, and PR.
  • Measure, track, and optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics.
  • Leverage tools like

    HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, or Zoho CRM

    to drive automation and personalization.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage, mentor, and scale a

    high-performing marketing team

  • Collaborate with

    sales, product, HR, and leadership teams

    to create unified market messaging.
  • Build and manage external partnerships with

    agencies, vendors, and media partners

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • MBA/PG in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a

    leadership role

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven success in

    content-led marketing and brand strategy

  • Strong background in

    digital campaigns, inbound marketing, and demand generation

    .
  • Excellent

    storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in

  • Prior exposure to

    B2B services/consulting sector

    preferred.
