Roles & Responsibilities Manage inbound/outbound calls/emails/chats in a timely and efficient manner Resolve Customers queries or complaints by providing clear information and provide solutions and/or alternatives on calls/emails/chats Keep records of all conversations in our contact center database in a comprehensible manner Consistently meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative targets Identify bottleneck, call out issues, own up customer issue/track & provide resolution Work within the team and with other functions to resolve Customers issues effectively Share process improvement ideas and suggestions with the teams Leadership to improve the customer experience

A day in the life of this role The Management Trainee/Sales Consultant will play a critical role in expanding UniApply’s footprint by: Hunting and onboarding schools with multiple branches. Identifying revenue potential and securing partnerships with schools. Managing daily sales reporting and delivering consistent performance. Extensively covering ground and traveling to meet decision-makers. Responsible for managing the end to end sales cycle from prospecting to closure and payment collections. Cross-collaborating with the delivery department to ensure commitments to clients are met in line with agreed numbers. What we’re looking for Prior experience of 1-2 years in the education B2B sector, preferably working with schools. Strong background in selling digital inventories, admission-based models, affiliate marketing, or ERP solutions for schools. Willingness to travel extensively and drive school-level partnerships.
