Role Overview:

Senior Marketing Manager

You’ll lead marketing across digital, social, offline, and in-store touchpoints, ensuring everything feels intentional, on-brand, and culturally relevant. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves fast, thinks creatively, and knows how to turn ideas into impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, social, offline, and in-store touchpoints, ensuring alignment with First Coffee’s brand voice, visual language, and long-term vision.
  • Translate brand direction into clear, actionable marketing plans and execute high-impact campaigns including launches, seasonal menus, collaborations, offers, and culture moments.
  • Lead content and social media strategy across platforms overseeing reels, statics, stories, app communication, and offline assets while maintaining a high bar for visual quality and storytelling.
  • Build, manage, and grow an engaged online community by shaping tone, driving engagement, and building meaningful relationships with followers, creators, and collaborators.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimise content, campaigns, and overall strategy, while aligning closely with performance marketing on growth goals.
  • Stay deeply plugged into culture, trends, platforms, and F&B innovation, identifying and testing new ideas, formats, and channels while staying on-brand.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, designers, agencies, and internal teams; mentor junior team members and manage freelancers as needed.
  • Be hands-on during shoots, launches, events, store openings, and brand activations.


Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or social media (F&B, lifestyle, or D2C preferred).
  • Proven experience building and executing creative marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of content, design, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Passion for culture, food, coffee, and internet-native brands.
