First Coffee is looking for an experienced training professional to support our rapidly growing coffee and QSR operations. Key Requirements: -7–10 years of experience in the Coffee or QSR industry. -Strong expertise in coffee training and barista skill development. -Proven ability to design, implement, and execute training programs. -Experience in preparing training calendars and conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA). -Demonstrated success in delivering effective learning programs in fast-paced environments. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams. -In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment operations, and sensory evaluation. -SCA Coffee Skills Program, Certified Barista Trainer, or similar certification preferred. Role Responsibilities: -Lead end-to-end training for café operations and service excellence. -Develop training modules and SOPs for barista skills and soft skills. -Conduct classroom and on-floor training sessions across locations. -Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
