Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing leader to head

our Creatives Team. In this role, you will lead content and campaigns across multiple

channels, balancing creative vision with analytical rigor. You will mentor and inspire

your team, drive innovative marketing initiatives, and ensure that creativity translates

into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Creatives Team to produce compelling content across social, digital,
• and experiential channels.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, using data and analytics to
• optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Translate insights and market trends into impactful marketing activations.
• Mentor and manage the team, fostering creativity while maintaining
• performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to align creative
• strategy with business objectives.
• Track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and continuously optimize
• creative output.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance content creation and workflow
• efficiency.

• Have 3–5 years of experience in creative, digital, or brand marketing.
• Possess strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Are data-driven and comfortable using insights to guide creative decisions.
• Have proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams.
• Are energetic, entrepreneurial, and can balance strategic thinking with
• hands-on execution.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
• Familiarity with AI and marketing automation tools for content creation and
• analytics.
• Exposure to experiential marketing and offline brand activations.
