Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive sales, leasing, and marketing strategy across warehouses, industrial land, commercial, and residential spaces
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, channel partners, IPCs, and brokers
- Develop business pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Identify new opportunities and market trends in real estate
- Support brand visibility, marketing campaigns, and digital presence
- Manage team coordination across stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–12 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Leasing / Business Development (Industrial & warehousing preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record in closing large deals and handling corporate clients
- Ability to lead, strategize, and execute independently
- Knowledge of the Kolkata market is essential

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
