Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help scale this journey.

You’ll take the lead on growing KSHM’s presence across brand, performance, content, and community, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do:

• Build and execute integrated brand + growth marketing strategies

• Lead a lean team across content, creatives, and media buying

• Craft thumb-stopping campaigns across Meta, Google, influencers, and more

• Shape and scale KSHM’s brand voice across channels

• Optimize paid and organic funnels with a creative + data-first mindset

• Act as the bridge between content, performance, product, and customer experience
