Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Lead Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Lead Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring goals. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting HR objectives. The Lead Recruiter will also ensure compliance with recruitment standards and policies while fostering a diverse and inclusive hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience with talent acquisition, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and candidate relationship management
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with corporate and consulting environments, especially within finance and accounting domains, is a plus
