Job Title: Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Staffing

Experience Required: 1–8 Years (Mandatory Sourcing Experience)

Job Location: Noida Sector 4

Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office

Monday-Friday 5 days working

Job Summary:

We are hiring passionate Recruiters with prior experience in a consulting company. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions and working closely with clients to deliver quality closures within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete recruitment life cycle for IT & Non-IT/ Manufacturing requirements
• Work on permanent & contract mandates
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Screen profiles and schedule interviews with clients
• Coordinate with candidates and clients till final closure
• Maintain daily trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
• Achieve individual and team hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of mandatory experience in a staffing company
• Experience in IT & Non-IT- Manufacturing hiring
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
