We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. BDM is responsible for relationship management and for ensuring that projects deliver against the goals and targets laid out in the results management framework. Responsibilities Identifying opportunities in target markets for our organization’s products and services. Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients. Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals. Training the team members. Contacting potential clients to arrange appointments and meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role. Looking only for male candidate Strong Organizational and time management skills, with an ability to effectively prioritize and meet critical deadlines Sufficient knowledge of the market/trends, competitive environment and regulatory environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. Duties will include managing staff, developing business strategies, implementing marketing plans, handling customer inquiries, and reporting to senior management. The Branch Manager will also be involved in assessing loan applications, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
