Job Description

As the Vice President of Sales at our company, your role will involve driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and executing go-to-market strategies for our SaaS and ERP solutions. You will need a strong blend of strategic leadership, sales execution, and industry knowledge to position our ERP platform as a market leader. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's sales strategy for SaaS/ERP products globally and regionally. - Drive new business acquisition and expand revenue from existing enterprise customers. - Define revenue targets, manage sales forecasting, and pipeline effectively. - Establish a sales culture focused on accountability, performance, and customer success. Team Building & Management: - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization including direct sales, channel sales, and pre-sales teams. - Set clear KPIs and implement best sales practices (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling). - Build scalable processes for onboarding, training, and continuous improvement of the sales team. Go-to-Market & Partnerships: - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall GTM strategy. - Develop strong channel/partner ecosystems to accelerate ERP SaaS adoption. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key accounts. Customer Engagement & Growth: - Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in enterprise accounts. - Negotiate complex enterprise deals and long-term contracts. - Maximize customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 4+ years in leadership roles in the SaaS/ERP industry. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets. - Deep understanding of ERP platforms and the SaaS sales cycle. - Strong network of C-level relationships in BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Services verticals. - Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments. - Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
