JOB DESCRIPTION Experience : 5 - 10 Yrs Location : Chennai / Kolkata / Delhi Designation : Enterprise Sales Manager Description: Be the first contact point for any new leads and effectively the face of the company. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must. Be primarily responsible for opening new accounts and sustaining strategic customer relationships by selling product complete portfolio of solutions. Deliver on the tactical sales plans, following up on new business opportunities, and setting up meetings and product demos as necessary. Make the product a top recall in the Fintech/NBFC/BFSI fabric of the assigned territory. Carry a sales target and strive to hit the target as often as possible. Act as a bridge between customers and the product team when it comes to feedback and product customizations. Position effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through upselling new products and solutions launched by Organization Build strong relationships with customers so that they can advocate for their success with other prospects. Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing value proposition. Provide prompt updates of every action item/customer detail with regular (fortnightly/monthly) reports to be presented to the reporting manager/management. Stay abreast with current affairs, especially within and around the BFSI sector in India. Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large fintech, banking, and NBFC clients. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging fintech innovations. Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business expansion. Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Key Requirements: Experience: 5-10 years in enterprise sales within a fintech company. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS, API-based fintech solutions, and digital lending. Proven Track Record: Successful experience in B2B solution sales, particularly in financial services. Networking: Well-connected with banking, NBFC, and fintech ecosystem stakeholders.
