ServiceNow GRC Consultant

You are an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform. Your role involves implementing GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management. You will be responsible for customizing workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports to meet specific business requirements. As a ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will focus on developing ServiceNow Workspaces tailored to GRC needs and enhancing ServiceNow Portals with catalog forms and widgets. Your expertise in scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, and Script Includes, will be crucial in optimizing performance and customizing the platform to align with business needs. Integration is a key aspect of your role, as you will be required to integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Monitoring and resolving integration issues will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and provide user support, collaborating with business users to enhance GRC functionality and usability. Your skills should include a strong background in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, proficiency in ServiceNow Workspace and Portal development, and advanced scripting knowledge. Experience with integration using REST/SOAP APIs, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and platform administration are essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required for this role. Preferred certifications for this position include CIS Risk and Compliance, CIS Vendor Risk (TPRM), CIS Business Continuity Management (BCM), CSA ServiceNow System Administrator, and CAD Certified Application Developer. Experience with Agile methodology and exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SecOps, and ITOM would be beneficial.,
