What You Will Be Doing
- Constructing and maintaining integrated three-statement models with transparent assumptions, ERP data integration, and AI-powered scenario analysis.
- Delivering complete investment packages — financial models, sensitivity frameworks, and board-ready memoranda — within 72 hours.
- Stress-testing customer acquisition cost, retention metrics, pricing structures, utilization rates, and comparable drivers to expose critical assumptions and enhance decision clarity.
- Transforming unstable business plans into phased, quantifiable execution roadmaps supported by KPI thresholds.
- Managing and iterating live financial infrastructure that supports real-time decision-making across SaaS and education holdings.

Vice President Of Strategic Finance Key Responsibilities
Design and operate an AI-enhanced financial infrastructure that informs critical investment choices, supports scalable expansion, and delivers execution clarity across rapidly growing SaaS and education businesses.
Basic Requirements
- 5+ years in PE, IB, or Big 4 M&A/Corporate Finance (excluding audit/tax), with hands-on experience in transaction modeling, client/board engagement, and investment evaluation.
- CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or MBA, with comprehensive understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and consolidated financial statements.
- Prior hands-on experience with enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
- Proven application of AI tools as a modeling partner for scenario design, research synthesis, memo composition, and process automation.
- Established history of delivering financial models and board-grade recommendations with speed, professionalism, and strategic insight.
- Located within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.
