Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern Location: Work from office / Hybrid (Bengaluru-based) Duration: 3 months (with full-time extension) Internship Overview As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you’ll be trained and mentored on building brand presence online through strategy, content design, engagement, and performance tracking. You’ll gain hands-on experience working across platforms—especially Instagram. Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning and maintaining a social media posting calendar • Design engaging content using Canva (posts, reels covers, stories, etc.) • Help schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms • Engage with followers — reply to messages, comments, and foster community interactions • Support cold outreach initiatives to potential clients, collaborators, or influencers • Track key metrics and insights using Instagram and other analytics tools • Contribute to ads analysis and performance reports (reach, engagement, conversions) • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute new campaigns Skills You’ll Learn • Social media strategy and posting workflow • Branding and design principles using Canva • Engagement strategy & community building • Analytics interpretation and growth tracking • Paid ad analysis and insights • Cold outreach and social selling fundamentals Preferred Qualifications • Passionate about social media trends and content creation • Basic understanding of Canva or willingness to learn quickly • Strong communication and writing skills • Organized, proactive, and keen to learn marketing analytics
