Typical responsibilities include: Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between clients and the company, and ensure a positive client service experience. Manage social media team members and assign regular tasks in all the projects. • Facilitate scaling brand awareness of our clients through various social media channels. Plan strategies to expand the reach of the brand or company and execute the same after discussing with the clients. Work with clients to create and implement social media strategies on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn. • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics etc. Plan and create content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media • Plan and execute video shoot in various client sites to generate video content for social media. Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy Managing the budget to be spent on promoting social media posts. Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure everything is consistent and going as planned. Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
