On-Field Sales Executive Premium Beverages

As an On-Field Sales Executive at Sober & Co., you will play a crucial role in representing our premium non-sugar mocktails, tonic waters, and ginger ales in the market. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring product visibility, and actively driving sales in your assigned region. You will be the primary point of contact for Sober & Co. at general trade outlets, cafs, and premium retail stores. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying and onboarding new retail partners, outlets, hotels, resorts, and bars, as well as achieving sales targets across various trade channels. Maintaining excellent relationships with retailers, ensuring timely reorders, and overseeing product placement, branding visibility, and merchandising will be essential. Additionally, you will be expected to gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and propose action plans accordingly. Collaborating with internal distribution and logistics teams to streamline operations will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should ideally have at least 3 years of on-field FMCG/beverages sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with a willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory. A passion for premium beverage brands and consumer trends, as well as fluency in the local language and English, will be advantageous.
