We’re now looking for enthusiastic on-field sales professionals to be part of this exciting journey. Role Overview: As an On-Field Sales Executive, you will represent the brand on the ground, build retailer and distributor relationships, ensure product visibility, and actively drive sales in your assigned region. You’ll be the face of Sober & Co. at general trade outlets, cafés, and premium retail stores. Key Responsibilities: Identify, visit, and onboard new retail partners, outlets, Hotels, Resorts, BARs Drive sales targets across general trade , modern trade channels & HORECA Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure timely reorders Ensure proper product placement, branding visibility, and merchandising Collect market feedback, report competitor activity, and suggest action plans Coordinate with internal distribution/logistics teams for smooth operations Requirements: 1–3 years of on-field FMCG/beverages sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Passion for premium beverage brands and consumer trends Fluent in local language and English What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Fuel and mobile allowance Opportunity to grow with a high-potential, fast-growing brand Fun, passionate work culture and a product you can be proud of Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,495.26 - ₹36,722.68 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Weekend only
