Job Title: AVP/VP Sales & Business Development — Corporate Accounts

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & BD Head

You’ll work closely with the creative and content teams to convert business requirements into impactful social media strategies that enhance brand presence and engagement for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Growth

·      Identify and target potential corporate clients for social media management, corporate branding, and engagement solutions.

·      Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.

·      Develop customized proposals and presentations aligned with client goals.

Account & Relationship Management

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

·      Coordinate with internal design, content, and digital teams to deliver high-quality service.

·      Regularly monitor account performance and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.


Client Retention & Upselling

·      Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure renewals and continuity.

·      Identify and pitch additional services or upgraded plans to drive account growth.

·      Collaborate with social media managers to stay updated on client performance and upcoming needs.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

·      Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·      Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations for clients.

·      Maintain CRM records and report sales performance to leadership.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

·      10–14 years

·      Strong understanding of digital marketing and corporate social media landscape.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Proven ability to meet targets and manage client relationships effectively.

·      Self-driven and confident, with a solution-oriented mindset.
