Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Business Development located in Gurugram. The Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing business plans, negotiating contracts, and managing sales and key accounts. This role includes leading the business development team, establishing strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Business Planning skills
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation
• Experience in Sales and Account Management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the resume writing or recruitment industry is a plus
