Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and compliance and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function. This role involves managing a small HR team, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: • Lead and manage a team of 2 HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the effective operation of the HR department. • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional development and continuous learning. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the company. • Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. Compliance and Legal Adherence: • Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law changes and ensure company policies are updated accordingly. • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, in compliance with legal requirements. HR Operations and Administration: • Oversee HR administration tasks, including employee records management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values. • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees. Employee Engagement and Development: • Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs. • Identify training and development needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees. • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee development. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance. • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a successful track record of hiring top talent.
