Vice President of Business Development

About Us

USMLESarthi mentors and supports aspiring doctors on their USMLE journey. We’re now looking for a passionate and outgoing Senior Manager – Business Development to grow our reach across Indian medical colleges, directly connecting with MBBS students and medical student organizations.

Role Overview

You will be the face of USMLESarthi in India — visiting campuses, meeting students, speaking at events, engaging with student groups, and building partnerships with medical colleges and organizations. This is a people-facing, impact-driven role for someone who thrives on networking, can inspire students, and understands the USMLE pathway.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with MBBS students through campus visits, workshops, and events.
• Partner with student organizations to run joint programs, webinars, and campaigns.
• Promote USMLESarthi’s mission, services, and success stories.
• Launch and manage a Student Ambassador Program to expand peer-to-peer engagement.
• Collaborate with faculty and career offices to bring USMLE awareness to campuses.

Travel extensively (40–50% each month) for on-ground engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator with proven networking and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for working with students and helping them achieve their international medical career goals.
• Familiarity with the USMLE process and international medical graduate needs.
• Prior experience working with MBBS students, physicians, or medical education is a plus.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree essential; MBA or MBBS preferred.
• Experience in business development, education outreach, or community engagement
• Prior experience of working for a US company highly preferred

Pay Range:

Work Location

(Remote + 40–50% travel), when not travelling you can work from anywhere in India
