Job Description

Role Overview

As a Content and Market Strategist, you will drive content development, market insights, and high-impact digital campaigns to increase engagement and enrollment across all service lines. This is a remote, full-time position for professionals based in India, requiring a blend of content management, strategic analysis, and project execution. Medical education experience is helpful but not required; however, strong business acumen, proven strategic thinking, and a passion for analytical problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Planning & Management:
  • Coordinate the creation, updating, and publishing of web pages, blogs, product descriptions, and digital assets to improve clarity and brand impact. Work with the creative team to generate social media posts, videos, and targeted outreach materials.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, peer organizations, and digital channels to identify new opportunities, market threats, and best practices for student engagement. Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and the field for actionable insights.
  • Campaign Coordination:
  • Design and implement content-driven campaigns (such as webinars, digital events, and promotions) that support lead generation and service adoption goals. Track the performance of campaigns and iterate based on data.
  • Strategy & Reporting:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing and new initiatives. Develop dashboards and regular reports on key metrics (such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates). Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Interface with operations, enrollment, and creative teams to ensure content and campaigns are timely, accurate, and aligned with business priorities. Help document and refine internal processes for efficiency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • MBA (required), ideally with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, or Operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a services strategy, business analysis, or related role (Medical education or healthcare strategy experience is a plus). This is an early career growth opportunity. If you have more than 5 years of unrelated work experience, you are probably overqualified.
  • Pro at using AI platforms
  • Experience of working with a US firm (required)
  • Outstanding written English, with the ability to translate complex service offerings into clear, engaging digital content.
  • Demonstrated experience in market research/analysis, content planning, and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong data orientation—comfortable with analytics, dashboards, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized; able to work independently with remote teams across time zones.
  • High comfort with digital tools, web content management, and basic project management systems.
  • Prior knowledge of medical career pathways (such as USMLE or similar global exams) is a plus but not strictly required.
