Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, target driven and visionary Vice President – Sales & Marketing to lead our global sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement efforts across  key departments (Domestic Sales, International Sales, Marketing Communications, and Digital Marketing).This role requires strong technical understanding of process equipment, deep knowledge of global markets, and proven leadership in driving business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue, margin, and international expansion targets by converting Amar’s strong engineering capabilities into strategic global opportunities.


Responsibilities

Develop and drive global business strategy

Marketing Leadership

· Manage, guide, and execute activities across key departments:

Domestic Sales & Marketing

International Sales & Marketing

· Digital Marketing & Branding

Identify new business opportunities

end-to-end sales, marketing, and customer engagement process

high-performing business development team


Key Requirements:

  • Strong engineering professional with BE Chemical.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in process equipment sector
  • Preferably handled P&L responsibilities of ₹100 Cr+.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience working in international markets; overseas assignments are a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
