For more than 15 years, customer have trusted us for our innovative problem solving combined with holistic design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and global support services.We are looking for a driven Technical Recruiter with experience sourcing and coordinating IT Infra role, EUC L1/L2 and Network L1/L2 field technicians for FTE, dispatch and on-demand support. This role focuses on building and managing the workforce using multiple Job Boards and Professional Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and growth of your own client base by marketing our respective staffing services to target businesses.
- Execute full recruitment cycle for FTE/dispatch/on-demand IT roles including:
- Sourcing → Screening → Interview Scheduling → Selection → Rate Negotiation → Offer → Onboarding → Deployment → Post-placement Follow-up → Joining confirmation.
- Source and engage qualified EUC & Network L1/L2 technicians through Dice, Monster, Internal, Work Market, , LinkedIn, job boards, and different networks.
- Screen skills, certifications, availability, and geographic coverage to match business needs.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and regional coverage maps to support urgent and scheduled dispatches.
- Verify compliance requirements (documents, NDA, background checks as needed).
- Build strong relationships to encourage retention and repeat engagement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting or field service workforce sourcing.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT roles, US hiring practices, and various work authorization types (W2, 1099, and C2C).
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, or similar sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with roles such as Desktop Support, Field Technician, EUC Tech, Network Support Technician, and Data Center Technician.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication in business English: oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking, documentation, database management, and negotiation skills.
- Plan and implement an effective recruiting strategy to recruit and be involved in all resourcing activities like sourcing, screening, shortlisting, personal evaluation, and effective communication.
- Sound understanding of the technical aspects of job requirements. Good understanding of job functions and good conceptual understanding of the latest market strategies.
- Identify and the best mix of resources to source suitable talent, Co-ordination with the manager and clients for scheduling interviews and obtain the feedback from the interviewers, and analyze the gaps in the feedback.
- Cold calling candidates for positions, shortlisting candidates, establishing preliminary contact, and constant engagement with candidates from the offer stage till the candidates join the organization and bring the case to a final closure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience supporting MSP or on-site IT support staffing.
- Understanding of common IT certifications (A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL, MCP, etc.).

Work History
- 2+ years Staffing experience serving the US staffing industry.
- Proven record of sales excellence, with consistent achievement of assigned objectives and quotas
- Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Dynamics CRM.
Educational Background
- High School Diploma from English Medium
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree from accredited University
