Role Description We are seeking a skilled US Technical Recruiter to join our team in Jaspur as a full-time on-site member. The role will include tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, developing recruitment strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. The recruiter will also manage interview processes, maintain candidate databases, and ensure an efficient, positive hiring experience for candidates. Regular communication with team members and clients will be vital to successfully fulfill recruitment objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring for technical roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms such as job portals, social media, and ATS software A solid understanding of technical and industry-specific roles in the job market Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs Familiarity with US labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) Prior experience in recruitment or staffing industry is an advantage Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
