Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various positions. Daily tasks include job posting, candidate sourcing through various channels, resume screening, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The recruiter will also maintain and update applicant tracking systems and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
