📍 Location: Noida, Sector 62

🕒 Shift Timing: US Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

💼 Experience: 2–4 years

💰 Salary: No bar for the right candidate

✅ Requirements:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment

Skilled in recruiting for both IT & Non-IT positions, including engineering roles

Proficiency with ATS platforms such as JobDiva or Ceipal

Strong understanding of employment types: C2C, W2, 1099

Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn and other portals

Technically sound to understand job requirements & basic technical skills

Experience in screening fake candidates and validating profiles
