Job Description

As a Siebel CRM Technical Consultant and administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing CRM solutions using Siebel tools, E-script, workflows, and business services. Your expertise in CRM configuration, scripting, and understanding of architecture and data model will be crucial for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions to complex problems. You must have experience in Siebel Configuration, SQL, Scripting, EAI, and Open UI. To be considered for this role, you must be located within the United States and have U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency without any dual citizenship. You should have a good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes. Occasionally, travel may be required. Preferred qualifications include having 4-6 years of experience and the ability to work as an administrator when necessary. Understanding various business processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to work closely with customers are also desired qualities.
