About the Role

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and target-driven US Technical Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing skills, be comfortable making high-volume calls, and possess a Can Do attitude with excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in fulfilling US IT staffing needs for direct clients, MSPs, and consulting partners.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End US IT Recruitment



  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, C2C, and full-time US staffing roles.


  • Work on job requirements from direct clients, MSP/VMS platforms, and internal account managers.


  • Conduct phone screenings to assess technical skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.


  • Submit high-quality profiles with accurate details and ensure compliance with client requirements.


Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building



  • Maintain constant communication with candidates through the hiring cycle.


  • Build a strong pipeline for recurring and niche roles.


  • Follow up proactively for interviews, feedback, rate negotiations, and offers.


Sourcing & Recruiting Tools



  • Use job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.


  • Leverage Boolean searches, social media sourcing, and networking for passive talent.


  • Keep the ATS/CRM updated with candidate information and recruitment activities.


Proactive & Hands-On Approach



  • Must be highly proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.


  • Make consistent outbound calls and drive results under tight timelines.


  • Bring a solution-oriented mindset and a strong Can Do personality .


Documentation & Compliance



  • Verify candidate details including work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, H4 EAD, etc.).


  • Prepare summaries, rate confirmation documents, and submission trackers.


  • Ensure accurate documentation as per company and client processes.





Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications



  • 2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment .


  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.


  • Excellent communication skills clear, confident, and fluent.


  • Must be a hands-on recruiter with strong calling, screening, and negotiation skills.


  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced US shift environment.


  • Experience with VMS/MSP hiring is a plus.
