About the Role


RighIT Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Team Lead - Recruitment who can lead by example. The ideal candidate must be proactive, possess a Can Do attitude, and be willing to get on calls, work on requirements directly, and drive the team toward consistent delivery. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management



  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.


  • Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure overall team productivity.


  • Provide training on sourcing, screening, requirement understanding, and submission quality.


  • Monitor job pipeline, assign roles to recruiters, and ensure optimal workload distribution.


Recruitment Delivery



  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles across W2, C2C, and 1099 models.


  • Work on direct client and MSP/VMS requirements with quick turnaround.


  • Validate candidate profiles, negotiate rates, and ensure recruiter submissions meet quality standards.


  • Follow up with clients/account managers on interviews, feedback, and closures.


Process & Compliance



  • Ensure recruiters follow submission protocols, documentation standards, and ATS/CRM processes.


  • Maintain trackers for submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.


  • Resolve escalations related to candidate quality, availability, or documentation.


Collaboration



  • Work closely with Account Managers and Leadership to prioritize urgent roles.


  • Participate in daily huddles, delivery calls, and performance update meetings.


  • Coordinate with HR for hiring additional recruiters as per business needs.





Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications



  • 4-8 years of experience in US IT Staffing , including 1-2+ years in a Team Lead or Senior Recruiter role.


  • Must be a hands-on leader who actively makes calls and works on live positions.


  • Proactive personality with a strong Can Do attitude.


  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.


  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.


  • Experience working with MSP/VMS clients and direct clients.


  • Proficiency with portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
