End-to-end ownership of hiring across investment, syndication, portfolio, and central functions from sourcing to closure.
Build and manage talent pipelines for leadership, investment, and operational roles across VCats ecosystem.
Partner closely with business leaders to translate hiring needs into structured talent plans, ensuring agility and quality in delivery.
Own employer branding and candidate experience — positioning VCats as an aspirational brand in the venture ecosystem.
5–10 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to investment firms, startups, or high-growth ecosystems.
Proven search capability for niche roles — e.g., investment analysts, deal teams, venture ops, business leads, or startup leadership.
Hands-on operator: thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments; comfortable with ambiguity and scaling systems from scratch.
High EQ, business understanding, and credibility to engage with senior stakeholders and founders directly.
Deep sourcing ability for scarce talent pools & comfortable as an individual contributor with high accountability.
