Team Lead – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and lateral positions across multiple functions.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking).
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and interview scheduling.
Monitor daily performance of the recruitment team and provide guidance, feedback, and training.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent specific to BPO roles.
Ensure adherence to organizational recruitment policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
Minimum 4–7 years of recruitment experience including at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
Mandatory experience in BPO hiring
(corporate and lateral).
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume hiring.
Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
