We are seeking a dedicated and result-driven Relationship Manager (Investor Relations Sales & Service) to join our team. The role will be focused on both sales and service responsibilities, including managing investor relationships, ensuring investor satisfaction, retaining clients, and driving upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a client-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for investors, providing high-quality service and timely query resolution. Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with investors to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Facilitate smooth onboarding, documentation, KYC, and compliance processes. Provide regular communication on portfolio performance, new opportunities, and market insights. Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver superior investor experience. Take ownership of sales (retention) by proactively addressing concerns and preventing investor churn. Drive sales by acquiring new investors, as well as through upselling and cross-selling investment opportunities tailored to investor profiles Maintain investor databases, track interactions, and generate periodic reports for management review. Support in organizing investor meetings, events, and engagement activities. Qualifications & Experience Graduate degree from a recognized institution (minimum qualification) Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investor relations, client servicing, sales, or related roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle both sales targets and service delivery responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in Financial Institutions, the Startup Ecosystem, or Venture Capital firms will be strongly preferred. Candidates with exposure to handling HNI/Institutional investors will have an added advantage.
