  who can build strong talent pipelines and hire top IT professionals for our US clients.

About the Role

end-to-end US IT recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Source candidates via

  Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn & Boolean search

• Screen resumes for technical skills & relevant experience
• Conduct pre-screening and structured interviews
• Coordinate with IT team leads for hiring needs
• Send personalized outreach & engage passive candidates
• Maintain ATS & recruitment trackers
• Stay updated with new tech trends & tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years

  of experience in

  US IT Recruitment

• Strong knowledge of

  W2, C2C, Visa types & Tax terms

• Hands-on experience with phone/Skype/structured interviews
• Ability to understand & explain complex IT roles
• Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, X-Ray, Job Boards, ATS)
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Experience with

  US State Clients
