Your Responsibilities

• Write and post compelling technical job descriptions
• Source candidates on platforms like Dice, Monster, TechFetch & LinkedIn
• Parse and screen IT resumes with strong technical understanding
• Conduct pre-screening calls and evaluate technical/behavioral fit
• Coordinate with IT Leads to understand hiring needs & forecasts
• Craft personalized recruitment outreach for passive candidates
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years

  experience in

  US IT Staffing

• Solid knowledge of W2 & C2C

  , tax terms, and US recruitment processes
• Experience with

  ATS, resume databases, Boolean search & X-ray

• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

• Technical understanding of IT roles, skills, and frameworks

• Experience with US State clients (preferred)
