Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Understand technologies like AWS, Python, DB2, and related frameworks to effectively contribute to discussions and decision-making. Lead estimation efforts for technical tasks, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocation. 2. Project Management (30%): Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget across Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall frameworks. Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with clients, team members, and leadership, including managing resistant or challenging stakeholders. Change & Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and implement strategies for scope control and change management. Facilitating Responsibilities: Resolve team impediments, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and at times facilitate Scrum ceremonies. 3.
