Job Description

Were seeking a proactive and imaginative Brand Marketing Executive to strengthen the visibility of our product through targeted brand campaigns, dynamic events, and compelling webinars. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating memorable slogans and messaging that resonate and engage, combined with practical experience in organizing and managing marketing events and virtual sessions.

You will be doing:

  • Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to promote the product and engage with HR professionals and business decision-makers.
  • Create and implement creative marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads, using catchy slogans and compelling messaging tailored to the HR technology market.
  • Develop engaging content including promotional materials, email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Develop memorable and impactful slogans and taglines that clearly communicate the products value proposition and resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage digital channels to amplify event promotion and campaign reach, track engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform campaign strategies and event topics.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and customer needs.

Required Skills (Minimum knowledge, Skills and abilities to enter the job):

  • A bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in brand marketing, ideally within SaaS, HR technology, or B2B industries.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, coordinating, and executing events and webinars.
  • Exceptional creative writing ability, with a talent for crafting catchy slogans and compelling campaign messages.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms to effectively drive and measure campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • A genuine passion for HR technology and a good understanding of products is highly desirable.
