Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Design and run

  email campaigns

  to engage customers and partners effectively.
• Create

  short-form content (reels, videos, creatives, and customised messages)

  for social media to highlight the companys services, values, and updates.
• Plan and manage

  digital campaigns

  across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align brand communication with business goals.
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in

  brand marketing / digital marketing

  , preferably freight Forwarding sectors.
• Strong understanding of

  social media marketing, email automation, and content creation tools

  .
• Ability to conceptualize and produce engaging short-form content (reels, short videos, visuals).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently under a contract arrangement.
