The Brand Marketing Product & Retention Lead will be responsible for shaping how customers discover, understand, and fall in love with NOOEagain and again. This role sits at the intersection of product storytelling, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven retention.

You will own how our products show up across the entire customer journey: from launch narratives and feature positioning, to email flows, CRM journeys, repeat-purchase nudges, and loyalty-driving experiences.

You'll work closely with Product, Creative, and Growth to ensure every new launch feels like a momentand every existing customer feels like they belong in the NOOE universe. This goes beyond sending emails. It's about architecting experiences that make someone look at a desk accessory and feel something.

We're looking for someone who is equal parts strategist and doer: someone who can craft a sharp product narrative, translate it into campaigns across channels, read the data, and optimise relentlessly.

We don't have a ton of VC money to burn. We're not trying to be a unicorn. We don't have a fancy town hall every month or employee talent days where you mandatorily have to dance & pretend you're happy (f*&K that).

If you work with us, we will need you to dream big but work small every day. We'll need you to be patient for the audacious goals but impatient with action. You will join a winning team, not a family. And we don't care if you are a tea or coffee person (ok maybe a little bit).
