About this role

This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end inventory operations — from managing inbound and outbound movement logs, conducting regular cycle counts and audits, to flagging low stock and tracking variances. 

You’ll work closely with the warehouse, purchasing, and merchandising teams to ensure real-time stock visibility and clean, reportable data. Expect to set up and evolve systems, not just follow them.

This is ideal if you’re hands-on, detail-obsessed, and like the idea of building operational discipline in a fast-moving environment. You should enjoy getting into the weeds, solving discrepancies, and tightening processes. If you're used to rigid hierarchies or pre-defined SOPs, this might feel unstructured — we’re looking for someone who thrives on ownership and speed, with a sharp eye for accuracy and a drive to reduce chaos.

Culture

We don't have a ton of VC money to burn. We're not trying to be a unicorn. We don't have a fancy town hall every month or employee talent days where you mandatorily have to dance & pretend you're happy (f*&K that).
