Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels to meet business needs while minimizing excess and obsolete stock. Maintain inward/outward records for all components.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of inventory.
• Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Prepare daily issue slips for production as per plan.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) material usage.
• Report any stock shortage to management in advance.
• Verify GRN entries in SAP.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role in inventory management.
• Strong understanding of inventory process.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
