Inventory Manager

As an experienced Inventory Manager, you will oversee end-to-end inventory control, ensuring accurate stock management, streamlining warehouse operations, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. Your detail-oriented and organized approach, along with experience in ERP systems, stock forecasting, and inventory optimization, will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching. - Ensure accurate stock levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve stock discrepancies. - Monitor stock movement, update inventory records, and maintain real-time data in ERP. - Implement inventory control procedures to reduce stock-out and overstock situations. - Utilize FIFO/FEFO for material handling and ensure warehouse best practices. - Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure material availability. - Analyze slow-moving, fast-moving, and dead stock; prepare actionable reports. - Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and variance analysis for management. - Improve warehouse layout, storage systems, and operational efficiency. - Train and supervise warehouse/inventory staff to maintain high-quality standards.
