Stitching Executive / Stitching Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented stitching professionals to join our production team. The role involves operating sewing machines, ensuring high-quality stitching, maintaining speed and accuracy, and meeting daily production targets as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines for stitching garments, jackets, uniforms, or fabric products as per specifications.
• Ensure stitching quality, alignment, and finishing meet company standards.
• Follow design patterns, measurement charts, and supervisor instructions accurately.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance (threading, needle changes, oiling, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the stitching area.
• Work with other departments (cutting, finishing, packing) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in garment or textile stitching (heat press, jacket, or fashion stitching preferred).
• Knowledge of operating flatlock, overlock, and single-needle machines.
• Understanding of garment construction and fabric types.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a team and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
