Innotech Genesis Pvt. Limited (IGPL), established in August, 2021, is a Channel Partner of Carl Zeiss India (Bangalore) Pvt Ltd, for Northern India. Presently, it deals with Ophthalmic Equipment, IOLS optical lenses/glasses along with equipment line and its Consumables. IGPL is since expanding its business, requires qualified Inventory Manager.   An Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and accurate recording of a company's stock. They develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and ensure efficient supply chain operations.    Key Responsibilities ·        Inventory Planning and Control: Design and implement an inventory tracking system to monitor stock levels in real-time, performing regular physical counts (cycle counts) and reconciling records to maintain accuracy. ·        Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and historical demand to predict future inventory needs and place orders to replenish stock, avoiding stockouts or excessive surplus. ·        Supplier and Vendor Management: Evaluate suppliers, negotiate cost-effective deals, manage purchase orders, and build strong relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards. ·        Logistics and Warehousing: Coordinate daily receiving, storing, and shipping activities, and collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage layout and operational efficiency. ·        Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments for upper management, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like inventory turnover and fill rates to drive continuous improvement. ·        Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of inventory and warehouse employees, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. ·        Cost Management: Identify and implement strategies to reduce operational, storage, and distribution costs, and manage aging or obsolete inventory through markdowns or liquidations.  ·          Required Skills and Qualifications ·        Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is typically required. ·        Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an inventory control or supply chain role, often with some supervisory experience, is expected. ·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite), data analysis tools (like advanced Excel), and inventory tracking technologies (barcode or RFID systems) are essential. ·        Soft Skills: o   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o   Excellent organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail. o   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. o   Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team. o   Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.    Benefits: i.
