Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Control

• Maintain accurate stock of fabrics, linings, accessories and event materials.
• Track inventory roll-wise, lot-wise, design-wise and shade-wise.
• Monitor aging, slow-moving and fast-moving items.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system data.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and proper material handling.

Inward & Outward Management

• Verify all material inward for quality, quantity, GSM, width and dye lot.
• Issue material to stitching/production teams as per job orders.
• Prepare GRN, delivery challans and gate passes.
• Manage returns, damaged stock and vendor coordination.

Warehouse Management

• Maintain organized warehouse layout for easy identification.
• Ensure proper storage to prevent moisture, dust and damage.
• Handle rack tagging, roll labeling and coding systems.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance standards.

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with purchase for timely stock replenishment.
• Align with stitching, design and dispatch teams for daily requirements.
• Provide real-time stock reports for production and delivery planning.
• Forecast material needs for new product orders.

System & Reporting

• Update inventory in ERP/software in real time.
• Maintain stock, consumption, wastage and variance records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/Operations or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in textile inventory / warehouse management (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, GSM, dye lots, shrinkage, and quality parameters.
• Hands-on experience with ERP / inventory management software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, stock reports).
• Excellent coordination, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail with problem-solving attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
